One of the founders of YouTube was looking for a video of a halftime show from the Super Bowl, and he couldn’t find it. He had an idea: what if there was a repository for the world to collect and share videos? Along with his friends, he imagined a place online where anyone could access this repository as a viewer and a contributor. Along with his two cofounders, he raised $250k to start a company and get this concept off the ground. The founding team had strong engineering experience, but their only worry was how fast this might take off and whether they could keep up with the demand once they began building.Let’s go back in time and imagine you are a business analyst for this brand-new company, YouTube, and you’re going to help them capture this vision in an organized way. What are the goals and objectives?

What is an oxidizing agent? – An oxidizing agent is a substance that oxidizes others and gets itself reduced.
What is a reducing agent? – A reducing agent is a substance that reduces others and gets itself oxidized.
What is the oxidation potential of an oxidizing agent? – The oxidation potential of an oxidizing agent is less as it gets reduced.
What is the reduction potential of a reducing agent? – The reduction potential of a reducing agent is less as it gets oxidized.
What factors affect the EMF of a cell? – The factors that affect the EMF of a cell are the nature of the chemical reaction, concentration of reactants and products, pressure of gases, and temperature.
How is the EMF of a cell calculated under SATP conditions? – Under SATP conditions, the EMF of all ions is calculated based on one molar concentration, 298 Kelvin temperature, and one atmosphere pressure.
How is the EMF of a cell calculated using the Nernst equation? – The EMF of a cell can be calculated using the Nernst equation. If the cells are in their standard states, the EMF of the cell can be calculated using the equation: e0 of cell = e0 of cathode – e0 of anode.
What does the positive or negative value of the standard EMF of the cell indicate? – The positive or negative value of the standard EMF of the cell determines whether the reaction is spontaneous or nonspontaneous.
What is the purpose of using a salt bridge in a galvanic cell? – A salt bridge is used to bring electro neutrality to two solutions in a galvanic cell by nullifying their positive and negative charges.
What is the role of the anode in a galvanic cell? – The anode is negatively charged and it is where the oxidation half-reaction occurs in a galvanic cell.
How can you determine the signs of the electrodes in a galvanic cell? – By knowing the sign of one electrode, you can determine the signs of the other three electrodes. In a galvanic cell, the anode is always negatively charged.
How are the signs of the electrodes in an electrolytic cell different from a galvanic cell? – In an electrolytic cell, the signs of the electrodes are opposite to that of a galvanic cell.
What is cell reaction representation?Cell reaction representation involves identifying the oxidation and reduction reactions and then representing the cell.
How do you represent a cell reaction? To represent a cell reaction, you need to identify the oxidation and reduction reactions.
The cell can be represented with the cathode as Cu2+(aq) + 2e- → Cu(s) and the anode as Cl2(g) → 2Cl-(aq) + 2e-.
A salt bridge is also used in the representation.
What happens at the cathode and anode in a cell reaction? The cathode is where reduction takes place.
The anode is where oxidation takes place.
What is a galvanic cell reaction?A galvanic cell reaction is a type of cell reaction where the cathode is where reduction takes place and the anode is where oxidation takes place.
How is a galvanic cell reaction represented?A galvanic cell reaction can be represented by adding the cathode and anode reactions.
For example, in the given galvanic cell reaction, Fe2+(aq) + 2e- → Fe(s) is the cathode reaction, Fe2+(aq) → Fe3+(aq) + e- is the anode reaction, and adding them gives 3Fe2+(aq) + 2Fe3+(aq) → 5Fe(s).
What are oxidizing and reducing agents?Oxidizing agents have a high tendency to lose electrons.
Reducing agents have a high tendency to gain electrons.
Every element has a specific oxidation and reduction potential.
Oxidizing agents oxidize other substances.
Reducing agents reduce other substances.

Introduction
In our life we encounter different scenarios in relation to obtaining a service or getting a product. For example, ordering from an online store, registering for a course, getting a driver license … etc.
Behind each of these scenarios there is one or more business processes. For this case study you are required to describe a scenario which has some problems/issues from your own experience along with the business processes that get executed to give you the result (product/service). You then need to analyze the current process and identify the issues then try to resolve them.
Make sure to put the details as per the following questions.
4 Marks
Learning Outcome(s): CLO1: Explain the interdisciplinary concepts, theories, and trends in ES and their role in supporting business operations.

Question One
A-Your first task is to select a case study (from the real world, preferably something you encounter in your own life , or you can use the internet, or any resource). It can be related to enterprise systems, an organization/store, or any relevant topic.
B-After selecting the case study, describe it in your own words using the following points.
§Clear headline (introduction): It should give the most important information that describes the case study.
§Business process: describe in detail the activity, how the business process is done, and the main Input and Output. (If there are many business processes, select one with issues)
§The current situation: It describes the current situation based on the business process. By providing the main points, including the client’s name/industry, the product/service used, and quick result stats.
§The Issues: State the problem/issues, consequences, and any hesitations in the business process.

3 Marks
Learning Outcome(s): CLO4: Design ES architectural models for various business processes.
Question Two
C- Model (As-Is, in other words what is currently being done) process using BPMN 2.0 using any tool such as Visio. (1 mark)
D-Then analyze As-Is process from at least two perspectives. (2 mark)
For example, if quality and time perspectives are taken then mention at least 1 issue related to quality and 1 issue related to time in the process.

3 Marks
Learning Outcome(s):
CLO3: Discuss the issues and challenges associated with implementing ES and their impacts on corporate enterprises.
Question Three
A-Propose at least two ideas for improving the process of your selected case study from any perspective: for example: (a) equipment perspective, (b) employees’ perspective, (c) IT & IS technologies perspective, etc.
B-Also explain how your suggestions will solve business process issues.

APA FORMAT, OUTLINE FORMAT IN A DIFFERENT DOCUMENT Due diligence and due care represent the measures that a security team take to ensure a high-level data security plan is put in place.
Write an essay explaining due diligence and due care, and how extremely important both measures are in securing information. Additionally, research an article on a company that suffered a cybersecurity breach as a result of the lack of due diligence. Analyze the subject matter and incorporate the specific details of the case into your paper. Close your analysis by sharing your thoughts on how the proper use of these measures would have protected the company from a data security breach.
Your essay must have a minimum of 750 words. Remember to use an essay structure, that is to organize your exposition in an introduction, development, and conclusion.
