Your group’s restaurant turnaround strategy has been a success with revenue, profitability, and staff morale back on track since management implemented your team’s advice. The ownership group has pouched you to be their new Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to spread success across its North American franchises with expansion to Asia insight. While your group’s change strategy was a local success it must now be dispersed to a national and potentially global market. The ambiguities of past strategies must now be specific, intentional, and capable of gaining widespread appeal. Engage your image of change and develop your strategy with close attention to overcoming resistance, effective communication, and appropriately engaging change agents. Present your plan in a report (1,000 words max).

Do you agree or disagree with the author’s research question, hypotheses, methodology, implications, findings, and conclusions? Why or Why Not?
What advice/ideas would you give the author if you were to meet face to face and have a discussion about their article?
How can you relate the article’s findings and implications in today’s work environment?
Based on what you learned in the class so far, what concepts, theories, and practices can you identify as it relates to the author’s research article?
Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements:
Formatted according to APA 7th ed. standards. Please visit the Owl Purdue website for APA formatting style guide.

Contain a minimum of two scholarly sources, at least one of which is not provided in, or linked from the course or the article itself. The CSULB Library is a great place to find these scholarly sources! Note: in academic writing, you must cite other’s work when you paraphrase an idea, quote, or provide factual information. It is not uncommon to have at least 5-6 citations per written page.
Write clearly and logically, as you will be graded on content, analysis, and your adherence to the tenets of good academic writing, which should be succinct where possible while also exploring the topics appropriately. Remember that you can always improve your work by providing support from outside scholarly and trade sources, which help both to bolster your own assertions and supplement your ideas.
