All artwork discussed in the papers must be identified with an artist/architect’s name (if applicable), proper title, place/location, and date. If the artwork that is not included in the textbook is discussed, an image should be included at the end of the paper. These images should be numbered and the numbering used in the body of the essay to direct the reader to the correct picture (use the textbook as a guide to see how this is done). These images must also be properly cited. Up to 10 points
Papers must follow the conventions of academic writing, including proper grammar, capitalization, formatting, and citations. Make sure that your paper follows the essay format and is not a bulleted response to the requirements above. Points will be deducted by an entire letter grade if you present your work as bulleted answers. Papers must be fully edited for grammatical errors and thoroughly spell-checked before submitting to Moodle. Read through your paper, edit, and proofread checking for writing, grammar, spelling errors, and make sure that you have met all of the requirements of the essay. Up to 5 points
Points will be taken off if any of the above directions are not followed.
Submit your paper as a WORD document or PDF.
Since you are submitting your papers to Turnitin, check your similarity reports, and make sure that you have a reading of less than 20-25%. If your similarity report is about 25% review your paper and see how you could paraphrase instead of using quotes, or explain/describe etc., in your own words until the count goes below 25%. Make sure to include an in-text citations for all of the necessary information (paraphrasing or quoting).
