You’re not rewriting that part from scratch; you’re including what you have already written and then building on to it to add a detailed solution, a refutation of potential objections to your solution, and a final conclusion. You’re required to include at least seven research sources, but that will include the three that you already cited in essay 3.
If you like, you may revise the Essay 3 part of Essay 4 to strengthen it. You are not writing the discussion of causes and effects from scratch, however.
