This is a research paper, I want to focus on more mental health awareness and better skills that need to be incorporated in healthcare policy to better equipt supervisors, manager, and staff with skills to help both patients and workers who are suffering from mental health stigma. And I also need to focus on this from an Advanced Practice Nurse standpoint.
