II. Part Two: Cover Letter and Resume

III. Part Three: Video Reflection

2. I will film the video by myself, so all you need to do is writing answers about these questions:"What was the major challenge of working in a virtual environment? How did you overcome this challenge?" And don’t forget to use the STAR Model that I provided in a pdf file when preparing the answer.
