In lieu of class time, I will ask you for a brief ‘Discourse Analysis’ – https://gradcoach.com/discourse-analysis-101/. In a ‘DA’, language is your data where you can recognize patterns and themes, the analysis and frequency of language for example. So, please review Week 8 ChapterNotes from the Week 8 course page, themes should begin to reveal themselves – what is the dominant theme, how is it related to additional patterns that you may want to discuss. Your analysis should not exceed 500 words, your analysis should have an eye towards implications for leaders and followers – you will have to make choices, so, please focus on the dominant theme. Please review previous notes that I shared with you to structure your analysis, please no more than 500 words (1 page), less than 500 words will be considered incomplete – no bullet points!
