Each student will be responsible for analyzing a local public sector budget, executing a 10% budget reduction, justifying what was cut and identifying whether alternative solutions exist to either avoid the reduction or reduce spending without reducing services. The project will result in a document not to exceed 10 double-spaced pages, with one-inch margins and should include the following sections:
1) Organizational Summary
2) Explanation of Services
3) Sources of Revenue
4) Type of Budget
5) Recommendation for Budget Reduction
