construct a systems engineering approach for a new contract proposal
your company is considering. Specifically, you have been tasked to
evaluate the differences between using ROSETTA versus QFD in designing
system architecture. Provide your own basic example to represent the
contract proposal, and apply the differences which suggest support for,
and then any inappropriate or unsupportable features, when implementing
