For section one (Group/Team Perspective): The group members names are Taylor (me), Kurtese and Hailey. Please write about how I took on the leadership role during the entire semester. I was able to get my teammates together to formulate discussion posts when it was our week to present.
Please also discuss in this section how Kurtese was a team player and would help me come up with discussion post material. PROFESSIONALLY, please discuss how Hailey had no part in working with the team. She had bad communication and did not coordinate with the team at all this semester.
For section two (Individual reflection) please reiterate how I (Taylor) was the leader of the group. How everyone did not contribute equally (only Kurtese and I). It did not feel like a team because of that, and then complete the rest of the bullets points listed under the individual reflection accordingly.
