You will research and collect information on one vertebrate animal in order to become a “specialist” on that animal. You cannot research humans.
Include the following information in the same format (or download the worksheet). No need to write an essay.
Common and scientific name (5 pts)
Scientific Classification of the organism (all 7 taxa), including its distinguishing characteristics. (5 pts)
Number of species of this animal alive today. (5 pts)
Physical appearance, including at least one picture. (10 pts)
