Critical Thinking Question:
The significance of the concept of Emotional Intelligence to successful
leadership performance has been growing in popularity over the past two
decades. It is not surprising to see that emotional intelligence is
foundational to successful leadership coaching. What is surprising is
the strange dichotomy of fear and courage as characteristics of
successful leadership coaching. Discuss this dichotomy as it relates to
successful coaching.
Write
a detailed response (minimum 500 words) to critical thinking question
provided on your course page. Critical thinking assignments are designed
with the purpose of helping students to develop problem-solving skills
with the use of critical analysis of the problems. The response should
be typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point font, with one inch
margins and follow APA formatting standards. Writing skills appropriate
for the master’s level should be evident. Responses should not be a
