For this assignment, you will be writing a 4-5 page paper comparing and contrasting Kotter’s theory of change as studied throughout this course with another change theory. You can choose from among the theories listed below or another theory recognized in the academic literature. If you choose a theory other than those listed, please send an email to me letting me know what theory you are going to use. Your paper must include at least five (5) academic sources in addition to any materials already provided in this course (i.e., Kotter’s books).
