approach to measuring performance be more suited? Explain and justify your
choice using relevant literature.

Will an absolute or a comparative system be used
to measure performance?

Discuss the validity, reliability and
practicality of the measures developed.

Who will appraise the performance? And what
will be the frequency of performance appraisal? Will an evaluative or a
developmental approach be more suited to measuring performance? Please justify your choices.

Recognise the limitations of the approach
chosen and discuss and make suggestions on how those can be overcome. Also,
consider the potential threat of biases and how to overcome those during the
process of appraising the performance of the chosen job.
