Write a 3000 word document describing the strategic development of an innovation idea you select (either commercial or social, but only one). This idea must be developed following the innovation process framework from an entrepreneurial approach. Hence, as a competent and experienced entrepreneur you are required to fully explain each step of your creative process and provide the strategy giving it birth, nourishing it and sustaining it in the long run. In each step, explain the most important challenges you may face and the “what if” scenarios you may also encounter per step. Also be descriptive and thorough when identifying who will be affected by the change you create, whose knowledge and resources you might need, who might block or minimize the purpose of your initiative, etc. Your document must show a clear explanation of your analysis process from conception/selection to viability and the strategic implementation of your venture plan.
