Critical Reflection 4

Please address the following elements in your response:

1) Assume that you are leading an all staff meeting at Green Leaf Inc., and the topic is how to market the organization and its services. If an employee says, “Isn’t it enough that we provide excellent service? People will come to use if we provide excellent services, right? How would you respond to the staffer?

2) Think of a situation at work or school where you were quite irritated or angry and you let it show. If you were to find yourself in a similar situation, how could you apply some of your tools for emotional self-management?

3) Find two or three books on leadership you would be willing to read. What makes them attractive to to you? What can they tell you about how to be a better leader?

4) Search nor a nonprofit leadership training or seminar that you could attend, live or virtually. Try to find participant reviews of it. Describe the training and reviews and why you might consider spending your valuable time participating.
