. Because we won’t actually submit anything to Moody Foundation, you will instead write the information they request in the form of a letter.
Be sure to write in proper BLOCK STYLE letter format.
Create letterhead with company name, address, and website.
In the body of your letter Include the following:
Introduction of self
Company’s mission (not to exceed 200 words)
Program Description 1 (not to exceed 150 words) with Itemized Budget
Program Description 1 (not to exceed 150 words) with Itemized Budget
Conclusion that reiterates the benefit (and need addressed) of the programs you are proposing and that includes contact information.
