Research proposal and paper (capstone level) of a meta analysis of archival data of current US city noise level ordinances and restrictions and how they could be applied to set design targets for future unmanned aircraft system designs for home delivery solutions (Amazon Prime Air, UPS, and other private companies wanting to make home deliveries). Must meet attached requirements. ~15 pages for proposal paper and ~ 25 pages for research paper.
