COMP 3 PART 1
1. The writer did not create a diagram for each of the three opportunities in the Gemba Walk report. The writer must not label everything in one diagram.
2, The writer vaguely provided a Fishbone diagram for each of the three opportunities.
3. The process steps was not satisfactorily worked through to find the root cause of each problem.
COMP 3 PART 2 ASSIGNMENT
The assignment is to focus on the national health issue you discussed in your Comp 2 Reflection and your Comp 3 reflection.
