You will provide in writing, five behaviors that are indicative of a sober and clean lifestyle (ex. Do not associate with substance abusers unless he or she can clearly demonstrate positive changes, over a period of time, in her life: no legal problems for past 5 years, stable home and work life, actively practices sobriety by attending meetings, etc.). You will demonstrate your willingness and commitment to change by consistently, over a period of time, implementing these solutions/acts of safety.
