non-profits are fine too), research relevant business tools and/or policies that could address the problem, and write a persuasive report
(1500-2000 words, single-spaced, in full-block memo format) to describe the problem, present your research findings, and give
your recommendations to solve the problem. Your report must integrate and cite at least three relevant secondary sources, including
at least one academic article or book.
