this is what my teacher said to me: this is not an outline but an essay. It needs to be in outline format for me to grade. I have attached the outline template for you to use. After you have it in outline format, please resubmit for a new grade.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Research it thoroughly and use at least 3 credible sources
Write an OUTLINE with a WORKS CITED SECTION (Bibliography) on your speech. You can use either MLA or APA format.
