This is a strategy or policy paper on how to handle the National Security Law being imposed on Hong Kong by China. The idea is to come up with a strategy that can be implemented to resolve this issue. The strategy for this is grassroots organization to climb up the ranks in the Hong Kong legislature, to enact change from within. Please stick to the guidelines in the rubric that is attached.
