This is a class discussion in which we have to choose three of the topics we covered in the last weeks and how they are relevant to my life.
The three subjects i choose include:
Sleep disorders- this is relevant to me because i have insomnia and i take ambien every night to help.
Stress: I work in a stressful job and feel that the world in latest days is just stressful
Physiological disorders- This is relevant because my son has ADHD, i have generalized stress and i work with a lot of patients from the State Hospital that have Schitzophrenia and Bipolar disorders.
