Take a position on the issues below and support your position with some research, for example, news stories, magazines articles, or peer reviewed journal articles. Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length, not including the cover page or reference page. Your paper should be written in the standard APA style essay format: introduction, supporting body, and succinct conclusion. Be sure to cite appropriately.
How much independence do you think husbands and wives should have from each other? Which partner, if either, should have the final say in such matters as how to raise children, purchasing new furniture etc., or where to live? If you think they should have equal say, how will the matter get resolved when they disagree? Says who? How can you measure whether a marriage is good or bad?
