First, use an interview guide and then semi-structured questions. Be sure to include a few scheduled probes in your semi-structured interview schedule.  Next, interview one person using the two interview schedules you created.  Then, Write a few paragraphs comparing the two approaches (unstructured and semi-structured). What were the advantages and disadvantages of each approach?
