Review the IRTPA of 2004 and analyze three (3) subsections that you believe are priorities for the security of the United States. As an analyst, give a historic overview of each of your priorities and describe why you think each merits the distinction of a high priority issue. Provide evidence for your case, as if you were responding to your boss to fund these as priority issues.
So basically, 1- Analyze three subsections
2- give a historic overview for the three subsections and why they are important
3- provide evidence
the three subsections that i want to talk about are (1) sec. 4013 under title IV ; (2) sec. 4022 still under title IV; and (3) sec. 5201 under title V
