What was the topic that you suddenly became interested in? Why did you suddenly become interested in this topic? Did you remain interested, or not?
For example, a few years ago, during hurricane season, I became interested in tropical storms. I started reading and following internet forums about tropical weather. I was fascinated by the weather maps, the game of trying to predict the storms paths, and photos displaying the raw power of the storms. If I was doing this reading response, I would write about that.
