For the data collection plan, you will not only collecting BMI data, but also in‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍corporating surveys. Because some people might be doing exercise regularly to lose weight, not by only following intermittent fasting. Keep the research as experimental study.
