6 Recommendations: What are your recommendations to the firm? Explain your answer
drawing conclusions from your above analysis.
7 Executive Summary: The Executive Summary is written as the last step in the process but placed at the beginning of the document. The Executive Summary should provide a brief
overview of the main findings of the situation analysis, objectives, strategies and
