You still need to clarify your problem and purpose statements. What is the problem that you plan to address???? For example:
Problem Statement: The problem to be addressed in this study is how Guam leaders set unattainable organizational goals that impacts employee productivity (Or motivation) and competitive advantage.
Purpose Statement: The purpose of this qualitative multi-case study is to explore leaders in Guam role in achieving organizational goals to improve organizational culture, competitive advantage and employee motivation (Or productivity).
I need for you to solidify both your problem and purpose statements. I would recommend that your research method is qualitative and research design multi-case study. Please research multi-case study designs. Your sample size will consist of several organizations and study participants will be from each organization. I can assure you that 700 employees is robust for a qualitative study and needs to much less.
I need to fix the problem and purpose statement and then develop the research questions.
