Create a list of four IP items that your company will create and want to protect. This list may include items such as your logo or the marketing materials you will develop for your company.  Explain how and why you will protect each item, i.e. which government office/registration method will you use.)
List an IP item your business will need to license from another company/organization.  Explain how you will legally use that IP from the other company, i.e. how will you gain permission to use it.

Explain the item your company will create, why you will protect it and how you will safeguard this item. Detail what you would need from another company to utilize the IP item you will need to use.  Include proper APA format and references.
