As you describe and discuss your theoretical orientation, please make sure to thoroughly cover the following areas in the order listed (5 full pages minimum): *the theoretical orientation I want to use is CBT and it can integrated with DBT. *the micro skills I will use are listening, nonverbal communication, silence, empathy, and responding (i.e., reflections, questioning, summarizing, and paraphrasing).
