From the journal, overall what have you learned? List at least three instances from the journal that surprised you in watching leaders at your work, events, news, etc. Do you believe your leadership paradigm has changed? Explain. The journal summary should be at least two – three pages.
Basically you can just make up something about leadership. No sources. And we used ; Northouse, P. (2019); Leadership: Theory and Practice, 8th edition, Sage Publications, Inc. to get the different leadership styles. If you have any questions shoot me a message.
