This is a project about a project management course, and we need to apply some of the topics that we covered in class. Our textbook is ( project management achieving competitive advantage 4th edition), and we need to write a report about any project or business, maybe like opening a pizza restaurant or a coffee shop, any type of business will do, it does not have to be true or real, the professor told us to imagine of doing project about anything. The topics that covered is project management, project selection and portfolio management, leadership and the project manager, scope management, risk management, scheduling, budgeting and so on. The project rubric has been attached. Also, we need to construct our report in Microsoft office project software, where there will be some charts and process layouts about the tasks and the steps. I don’t have any specific limit about the paper size, but I would like it to be good and covering all the rubrics. You can leave the first page blank so I could write my name and course title. Please keep in mind that the paper will be submitted electronically through a software that will check for plagiarism. Please let me know if you have any questions.
