Dear students,
as I have mentioned at the beginning of the semester, we won’t have a final exam. Instead we will have a project.
What I would like you to do, is to use any type of art (short story, poems, drawings, painting, singing, creating music, dancing, performing……) to visualize the ocean and/or ocean problems.
Your art proejct should communicate the ocean to a lay person. This shouldn’t be a scientific description of the ocean. Art is very important for communicating any topic and make people more interested in a topic. So you should use your art skills to communicate to highlight problems of the ocean (ocean acidification, plastic in the ocean, ocean warming, ingetion of platic by organisms) or just the natural beauty of the ocean.
