Customer Segments 1. Identify at least three target customers for your business

Customer Segments
1. Identify at least three target customers for your business and thoughtfully fill out the customer profiles in IdeaBuddy. Will you sell directly to your customers through retail? Will you sell wholesale or to retailers? Will you sell to both? Will you be serving multi-sided markets where there are two or more interdependent customer segments?
2. For each customer profile, fill out the following information:
a. Name of target customers: This is not a name like “Luciana” or “John,” instead, write names like “Shop Retailers” or “Online Direct Sales Customer.”
b. Short description and customer goals. Please carefully consider the needs and goals of your customers and fill it out accordingly.
c. Pain Points. Write here your customer’s needs and wants as they relate to your business idea. If you have trouble visualizing your customer’s needs and wants, try using the Empathy Map from last week’s ALA 1 as a brainstorming tool (optional).
d. Attributes: On a scale from 1 to 5, estimate the target customer segment size, willingness to pay, and accessibility. It is essential that, if asked, you would be able to substantiate your choices.
a. Customer Segments: List at least three target customers.
b. Customer Relationships: 200-250 words
c. Channels: you must include channel descriptions that are 50 words in length.
3. Add pictures of your customer segments in this section. This will help make your mini-business plan look professional.
