The paper should be written and presented professionally. It is essentially a more formal version of your presentation but with the detail that won’t be contained in your slide deck. Thus, be concise, clear, and easy to read.
The paper should be conceptualized as a report from a consulting company (yours) to the reviewing panel, which will act as representatives of the live case organization.
The paper should not be less than 2 but no more than 3 pages, double-spaced, normal APA-acceptable margins.
Remember that as consultants you are trying to sell your work product by your clear and insightful understanding of both the company needs as well as your own expertise in the field of human resources. This will gain you future work as a consultant b/c you’ll use this as evidence of your Team’s competence to analyze and suggest improvements to the organization.
