Ch 7 Work the process of planning to demonstrate your own capacity for planning

Ch 7
Work the process of planning to demonstrate your own capacity for planning for your own career, which will ultimately allow you to achieve the vision you established earlier in this course for your professional life. To do this, revisit Chapter 7 on planning AND the rubric for the career pathing assignment. Then, begin to outline your career plan here. Be sure to use the terms and jargon from our chapter to describe your planning process as you develop this outline. Respond to the following prompts to help you begin:
At what career stages will you find yourself at the different levels of the Planning Pyramid? What type of planning will you be doing at that level? Give one example for each of at least three levels.
How and when will you do strategic planning for your organization? For your career?
Will you use the critical path model described in the book? How? If not, why not?
Your description of the process and this outline will obviously support your Career Pathing project, so spend your time wisely!

The link outlines a 7 step process for problem solving (by Dr. Shoji Shiba) that utilizes many facets of planning and decision making in an easy to watch and consume video.
Once you’ve become comfortable with the 7 steps, identify a problem in your personal RTM industry sector and utilize the steps to describe an action plan for solving for it. This experience could also support your Issue and Recommendation project process, so consider how your work here could also help there!
